Refund Policy
How the Trial and Billing Work
wicknote is offered as a recurring subscription with a 7-day free trial. Starting the trial requires no payment method — no card, no charge. This gives you one full week to decide whether wicknote fits your workflow at zero cost, with nothing on file.
When the trial ends, access is paused until you choose to subscribe by adding a payment method. You are never charged automatically — there is no surprise day-8 charge, because no card is held during the trial.
No Refunds — All Charges Are Final
Because wicknote is offered with a 7-day free trial that requires no payment method, you have a full week to decide whether it fits your workflow before you ever pay. For that reason, all charges are final and non-refundable once billed — this includes your first charge and every renewal.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Cancelling does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been made.
Common Scenarios
No charge, ever. Access simply pauses — nothing was on file to bill.
Charges are non-refundable. You can cancel to stop future renewals; access runs to the end of the paid period, then stops.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; access runs to end of the paid period.
No partial refund for the remaining days. Access continues until the period ends, then stops.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link inside the app, or by joining the wicknote Discord and messaging us with your account email address. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund charges already made.
